Morgan took care of us to keep our cheques separate (without us even to ask and make all orders right. She also ensured that we had cold beer: she was super positive and happy, although I know she didn't expect such a big group. And kudos in the kitchen they have all burgers faster than I expected.
We always have a great experiences at Jakes in Flower Mound but this last Sunday Morgan really impressed us. She was personable and attentive our entire meal. She also had great recommendations without being pushy. A big thanks to her and as always the entire staff at Jakes!
Morgan Hamilton went above and above to accommodate to my celiac disease. She made it possible for me to enjoy not a burger of my choice; but also tater tots and a milkshake that wasn?t even on the menu . Servers never go out of their way to make sure I can safely eat. She made me feel comfortable and excited to eat here. Thanks Morgan! You?re the best!

Ordered a burger and tots with an app. Ordered curbside. Parked right out front in an empty parking lot and waited till the time my order said it would be ready. No one comes out. I call the restaurant and it rings 10+ times with no pick up. Ok maybe they are busy. Walk in place is dead. 2 tables and 1 guy at the bar. Manager is just chilling at the front. I get my order thats been sitting behind the bar for at least 5 minutes. Get home and I get fries that were ULTRA well done and cold 0 seasoning. Rest of the order was as expected. If you are going to offer curbside then do curbside. Other wise take it off your site. Dont serve cold, unseasoned, burnt fries. Was definitely not worth the $30
