Don’t blame the customer when you can’t get an order right, don’t blame the customer when you overcharge and by all means don’t tell the customer to f off under any circumstances. Will NEVER eat at the Flower Mound Justin Rd location again. 1 star is 1 star too many.
Placed an order online to be picked up at 6:50 they didn’t bring it out to me until 7:15! Then when they did bring my order out they forgot the drinks, I asked for them and they had said their iPad died. When I got home one of the meals was wrong, that’s my fault for not checking but still it was two kids meals pretty easy! The food was also cold so not sure what they were doing with my order for it to be cold. Overall, I will not be returning to this location!
Ordered a burger combo, added a order of onion rings and a small blizzard. $21 and change and never received the onion rings. Went thru the drive thru and was home before checking my order. It will be a very long time before I go back to this store.
Went to eat here. Every single table was dirty the in the lobby, employees just standing/sitting around. Bathroom was disgusting. Our food took a while to come out, the apologized and said they cooked it all fresh. My son got the 6ct strip they gave him 4. I asked for the other 2., That was the only thing fresh. They did remake all of his food eventually. My daughter's food that we brought back for her was old as well.
I enjoyed a delicious meal with a variety of tasty dishes. I was pleased to discover that they now offer chocolate-flavored soft serve, as well as milk-free and low-sugar dilly bars. However, one downside is that the bathroom could use some cleaning.
