Chili's Grill - Flower Mound

Had some lunch, great service. Food was ready in no time. And was served hot.

Lisa's hamburger was greasy all over. We told the waitress. She said it would be made again. No sooner than that, the manager comes to our table very confrontational and disrespectful. We discussed the burgers and we found out they put butter on the bunsbefore they are toasted. We said hold the butter and it did the trick. The burger was much better. When a guest bring somethingto your attention, don't come out all huffy and puffy like you want to fight. Talk to the guest. The cheese fries were great! Ilove your fries! All in all, It was a good visit. Train the manager that the customer is the boss and doesn't need to get in ourfaces.

I was very disappointed during my recent visit. None of the steaks were cooked to our specifications, and several items we ordered were forgotten. We had to repeatedly track down our waiter, who seemed either very new or quite inattentive. The latest menu updates offered very few options for lighter meals or kids. Although the BBQ bacon burger tasted decent, I ended up removing half of the pound of meat because I didn’t want so much, and the bread and toppings simply couldn’t support such large patties. Chili's is quickly turning into a place I used to enjoy but no longer feel excited about returning to.

This Chili's location is consistently outstanding. We dine here every other Friday, and while they're always busy, we've never had to wait for a table. The service is exceptional. It's impressive how they manage to operate so smoothly despite the crowd. One more thing: the waitress suggested I try the new curly fries. I was a bit hesitant at first, but they were absolutely delicious! From now on, I’ll be pairing my sandwich with those curly fries every time. Thanks for the great recommendation!

I had a positive carryout experience. Morgan, the carhop, was delightful and very friendly. The food was enjoyable overall, but the cheesecake was a different story. After just one bite, I felt nauseous and ended up getting sick. It had an off taste, reminiscent of raw eggs or something that had been left out for days. My boyfriend also found it unappetizing, saying it tasted like chemicals.
