Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store

The kid in the drive thru asked me to repeat my order and they still got it wrong one of three meals was correct, so they score a 33%, which is an “F.” The kids in the drive thru were pleasant enough but seriously how does the pepper jack meal sound like a 4 cheese combo, plain and dry, and a double cheese burger become a 1/4 lb combo?Ultimately it’s my fault for ordering from Braums and going through the drive thru.

Excellent experience. Love the small grocery store part. Cashier had a hard time understanding exactly what we wanted.

Nice clean restaurant, I just stopped by for a scoop of ice cream and a peacan pie. If you haven't had one, you really need to. The staff was nice and professional.

Vincent was a great help, he should really get a raise. He went above and beyond to be kind and friendly and was extremely patient while I was deciding what to order. He looked excited to be working and serving me my ice cream, if you go to Braum’s look for Vincent and you will feel welcomed and appreciated.

Stopped in through Braums in flowermound today to grab a shake and a chicken sandwich when they handed me the order the shake was the wrong size and when I got home 10 minutes later I bit into the chicken sandwich and it was ice cold in the middleand and the fries were the wrong size. At least the chocolate shake tasted good.More training is required.
