Hours say open on Sunday but I’m here today at 12:30pm and clearly not open

The food is good, but certainly not one of the best. The prices are extremely high for them to put minimum ingredients. If I pay $7 for a shrimp St Paul I would expect more than 2 shrimp. I shouldn't have to pay for extra onions in order to see onions in my rice. They are very over priced.
