Jimmy John's - Florissant

The service was incredibly fast, but unfortunately, my order was incorrect. The sandwiches were missing the right condiments or had the wrong ones. I also didn’t receive any soft drinks or napkins. I was in a rush and should have checked my order more carefully. I’ve never had issues with Jimmy John's in Maryland Heights.

The order has taken an hour! I called to check on it, and they told me there were five orders ahead of mine. They said they don't deliver too far from the location, but I'm only a mile away. That doesn't make any sense. I would like a refund!

I'm not sure what happened, but it seems that since the pandemic, some businesses have given their employees the freedom to decide when they're open and ready to serve customers. I called this restaurant to place an order during regular business hours and was informed that they weren't serving anyone because they weren't prepared to make sandwiches. I don't think I need to say much more.

This Jimmy John's used to give really fast service, but over the last few months they have gotten really slow. Slow to take your order through the drive thru slow making the sandwich. O used to go twice a week. I haven't been back in over a month.

Ordered my food on app. Never got ready notification after 40 minutes so I go pick it up. I find this. Can someone tell me if this is a lil John cut in half?? I also didn't get cheese on it so I had to park and go into store. Ask for it to be made correctly and got the same thing again. Not going back to Florissant location.
