Restaurat Punta Diamante

Booked a few massages and wow! It's worth every penny. The wellness area is breathtaking and truly relaxing. The staff is very friendly and guides you where you need to go. The pools are so unique and cool! This was the best place for me to get a massage and spa treatment!

Very poor service at the reception. Paid for a diamond suite and received a junior suite, no explanation why. No excuse, no benefit, nothing was given as compensation. It was an argument to get the price difference for the room. Very poor service as the first guest. I was treated like I made a mistake. Even more so that I was not told the truth, the reception told me that they couldn't find my booking, but gave me a junior suite that made no sense. If there was no booking in the system, why would you offer a stranger a room? You don't behave like that.

We booked a junior suite about a month ago with balcony and golf course view. We arrived and saw that not only they gave us a room without our preferred needs, the room is rundown with flickering lights etc. When we called to ask to change the room, the gentleman in the reception assured us to call back in a minute but we had to call him back three times. Still no solution, we had to go downstairs and the only solution they offered us was for us to pay more money for their mistake to get a better room. We asked to speak to the manager but he’s not around. Also not available to speak on the phone. I travel all around the world and stay in all kinds of hotels from b&b’s to ultra-luxury. But I have never seen such a careless group of individuals with zero responsibility. Stay away!

Very nice hotel and great location. The furniture is older, scratched and consumed. They can use a facelift.

My best friend has married in Bucaramanga and I wanted to surprise her with a special gift in her honeymoon, i “luna de Miel” night in the “best” or should I say more expensive hotel that are punta diamante. Well, the booking process was good, but after their feedback about the room was terrible, the room was small and nothing regrettable, the view was bad and the worst nightmare for a honeymoon night: the mattress was divided in the middle a hole that was absurd for a hony moon night, I wrote this review after contact with the hotel and they don’t even provide a refund or any kind of nice gesture next to “ sorry about” stay away from this hotel.
