The place is nice and sought after in detail. Modern furnishings and recently renovated. The owners welcomed us they put us completely at ease and treated as we do in the family. Friendly and family atmosphere. Cordiality and good food in a cultivated and elegant context. The care of raw materials seemed to me to be a must for the local. We really enjoyed it and the owners made us feel at home. The welcome is reserved to the husband and the kitchen to the wife. There were pleasant surprises some traditional recipes revisited by the chef in a modern key that enhanced its taste. I'm in trouble wanting to reward one figure rather than the other. Small family-run trattoria with a good and genuine local cuisine. The products are all at km0, starting from the delicious meats and cheeses up to the first (tagliatelle with porcini of the woods of Nebrodi, maccheroni with sauce of black pig, trofiette with nuts, also of the place) and to the second, mainly based on meat. Good wine card, which well gets married with the intense flavors of nebrodea cuisine.
