Tikal Coffee House - Flores

Fab Hostel, friendly staff and great amenities I stayed in January at beautiful Hostel Yaxha. It is a really beautiful hostel with great decor and some fantastic Maya projects that decorate the walls. Look at the Tikal stuff, incredibly interesting overview of the solar cycles and how they are integrated in Tikal! The staff was great, especially Miguel was great during bookings. He also gave a great overview of Flores Island and showed local sights. Without such a good guided tour, my trip would not be as exciting and interesting as it turned out to be! Nothing was too much for Miguel and appreciated his professional and courteous way. Hostel Yaxha also arranges Spanish courses that I did not take. A great hostel with all facilities required for the trip. Would definitely return!

The best food I had during my travels in Central America and Mexico. Traditional Maya plates along with well-chosen classics. Good prices too!

Great food, with his Maya specialties! Her scrambled eggs and smoothies were amazing! This café is also well connected with its Maya tours.

Great. Delicious. Drinking was good. Food was beyond expectations. The fish was perfectly cooked. Worth your money, even if they don't have a chance.
