Yumm Thai Sushi And Beyond - Florence

Excellent sushi and my companions enjoyed their Thai dishes. The fried oyster cup consisted of an extremely crisp shell with an almost raw oyster inside including (I think) a bit of the oyster liquor. That was exactly what you were hoping for. It's a small place and pretty narrow. Excellent service, ambience modern and cozy, volume allows conversation without speaking or listening. Full bar, excellent cocktail menu, good choice of plum wine and sake. We visited a Thursday night, I would say you could expect a wait a weekend night. Overall, the 35-minute drive from Rogersville is worth it, and I'm glad we got our guest out of here.

The food was excellent and the service was really good. Presentation of the food was very nicely placed.

Hubby and I went to a much needed date to this fantastic place! We love sushi and they have the best I ever had. Food was fast and service was great!!!

Great food in a great atmosphere! Had a nice looking bar and a very friendly staff. It can be a little cramped, but not too much. Little expensive, but the overall quality of the food was excellent!

These dishes were delicious. Huge fried oysters over a slaw that had a perfect dressing on it. The Tuna was a dinner special. Its was seared and topped with mango and maybe a avocado sauce? Whatever it was, its had a perfect balance. I'm not from around here but the server went out of her way to be helpful. Pulled up pics on her own phone to show me different dishes. She also gave me some great recommendations for short nature trips. I will definitely pop back in if I'm ever out this way again. I have enjoyed the food and people on this little miniature vacation this weekend.
