Very disappointed I don’t like the new menu board. Plus you have to ask for senior discount!!! I forgot to ask and the cashier didn’t even offer to void out and redo my order after I asked politely. Sorry service !!!

The most delicious salad bar!!! A lot of healthy choices too!!!! Best fried chicken and burgers around!!!!! Let’s not forget about the bakery bar. My favorite croissants and chocolate chips!!!!! THE BEST!!!!!!!

The food at Florence is consistently excellent whenever we visit. However, we did have one concern: one of the servers had a can of Red Bull in the ice chest where drinks were being served. We found that to be quite unsanitary.

Everything was very good. Of the two folks in our party that ordered steak, the one steak came out rare, when it was specified as medium. The staff offered to make it right by taking it back but the friend decided to just keep and not eat it.

I was thrilled to visit this wonderful restaurant. The buffet had an impressive selection. I'm on military duty and I was pleasantly surprised to discover this place. The waitress was fantastic. I’d add an extra star to give it a 6-star rating. We all had a great time dining here. Thank you for the excellent service!
