Bidrage med feedbackEvery business fights, it's clear that this is Wendy. The young lady who took the orders was new or untrained with the register so that she winged it. She was the only one that all the time we were there to run the register, and a lot of people came after me, so there was a wait for food and drinks (she can't make frosty when she takes orders). When the food finally arrived, about ten minutes later (so much for fast food) a burger was missing and they forgot to make my daughter's burger without a pickle. They corrected the missing burgers, but I didn't complain about the pickles because it was clearly a fight to get so much complete. Another employee who had gone out couldn't get out so the manager supported them (probably a new employee they can't train). Ketchup in the lobby was not filled again, and I saw every employee at a certain point while visiting the phone. We left abruptly without ending our meal, because another employee with the F word repeatedly hardened his phone behind the counter. I visited this facility during the COVID, and it is clear that it has not yet been restored. It'll take a while to get back. I pray they can get a good management there to train employees on appropriate behavior.
Visited this Wendy's when the new fries were introduced. 1st try was good. The last 4 times the fries were hot but not crispy. I could hold a long fry at the end and it would bend in the middle. Not crispy. I don't know iif they are too much of a hurry to get fries out the door or not paying attention to fry time. If you advertise crispy fries they should be crispy. The sandwiches are always good. I work close by and eat regularly for lunch. The fries have been a letdown. .
In and out relatively pretty fast food was hot and good, however the girl at the drive up window has the personality of a wet paper towel. After handing me my food I thanked her and told her to have a very nice day and she simply just closed the window as she was texting on her phone…
Food is mostly average but every once in a while, someone preparing your food is having a great day. Therefore, your food reaches you edible. I've had SOOO MANY instances where I said I want ever going back due to my order being horribly wrong, service being horrendous, or about a dozen other issues. I've tried reaching out to Wendy's customer service corporate people through email, phone calls, and of course through the Contact Us feature in the Wendy's App but none of the methods EVER provide results. No communication from their end whatsoever. I suggest you Dine In to ensure you don't have similar issues!! At least that way they will fix it and remake your food at the very least... I have pics videos of the catastrophic mess I've received as food after getting home. For real, some of it would absolutely blow the average person's mind!!
We understand that they were short staffed. We placed our order and the sandwiches and fries were ready right away. However, we had ordered chili and didn't get it. It took them 10 minutes to recognize that I was standing there waiting. The only thing that was warm was the chili. We'll try to remember to not go there.
