Travelers Cove - Florence

I've been coming in for years and never had a bad experience! The staff is always very friendly and accommodating, even if they are packed. They have a solid menu with great variety, but I only had the Burritos and they are delicious every time! The stands on the back window are the best. You can't take a direct look at the Siuslaw River while eating Mexican food. I brought kids to eat as well and it's great because they have a children's menu and chips and salsa for snack while you wait. I recommend Traveler's for every occasion!

Friday night at Traveler's Cove! If you haven't heard about their main ribs, served only on Friday from 4-7, give them an attempt! The generous and thick rib was perfectly prepared with gazed peppers and onions, au juice, homemade horseradish, soup or salad. You have a full bar (try your Sangria! And the service is also great!

I won't lie and say this is the best Mexican food I've ever had. But it is a notch over most, and the creative spins at dishes, the plentiful portions, the excellent margaritas, and above all the deck that looks over the river make it a must-stop every time we are in Florence.

Shrimp Fajitas are my staple. Excellent service always.
