Taco Bell - Florence

This was literally the best service I've ever had at a taco bell. I ordered about 10:15 and we were waited on by a young woman named Nevaeh. She was really kind. I've had horrible experiences at this taco bell but she was wonderful. She deserves a raise. She was patient and that's a rarity in fast food. And kudos to the kitchen. My food was awesome tonight. Whatever crew is in there tonight works really well together. Never change, Nevaeh.

Depending on what time you go you can have a good experience or a bad one if you get the wrong crew they're lazy they won't come take your order and you have to use the self check out. And don't even try to upsize to a extra meat because they will not do it even if you pay for it I got two tacos I had my wife's tacos have extra meat we compared the two and they were identical don't bother complaining because they'll just throw their hands up and walk away but then other times you get the good crew and they go out their way to make sure you have a pleasant experience so for me to give this Taco Bell a one-star due to the fact that one crew is slack and doesn't know how to do their job would be wrong since everyone else does their job well and when you go you get exactly what you pay for so my opinion if sometimes is good sometimes it's not

Food is excellent. Service is fast you are not leaving waiting in line long time. The staff is friendly and efficient.

Do not often visit Fast Food joints in general, but that was a great experience. Very clean, super friendly front and the food was really appealing!

By far the absolute best service in every Taco Bell I have ever been!! Smiling and friendly cash register. Clean! Fast service! Right order! Fresh and hot! And the guy even brought my bag to me while I brought my drinks into my car!! It was a great experience!! Other places could learn from y'all!!!
