Bidrage med feedbackEvery time I visit this restaurant, I encounter an incredibly unpleasant staff member. Today, I saw her belittling a new employee simply for mentioning that her training had been different. I always try to avoid coming in when she's around, but her behavior is completely unacceptable. From what I understand, she's not even a manager, which makes her harsh treatment of a newcomer even more inappropriate. If she doesn't want to work with people, she shouldn't be in a role that requires it. There's no excuse for consistently being negative towards customers and colleagues alike. It's disappointing that they're allowing someone with such a toxic attitude to stay on the team.
Reagan and Lily were amazing! While on our road trip, Google led us to this Starbucks, and we couldn't have been happier. Even though they had run out of the cold brew and frappes we initially wanted, they suggested some creative alternatives that our whole family enjoyed. Both of them were friendly, attentive, and incredibly quick with service! Thank you so much, Reagan and Lily! By the way, this is my first review ever (I usually don’t write them), but they genuinely deserve all the praise at @Starbucks!
Today, I visited the restaurant and encountered a new employee. She mistakenly charged me for two drinks. I attempted to explain how the ordering process usually works, but she insisted it wasn’t what she had been taught. I tried several times to clarify, but each time she simply responded with "okay" and didn’t offer any additional comments. She wouldn’t adjust my order or engage in any meaningful conversation, and she didn't even make eye contact with me. I was the only customer present at the time. Out of all my experiences at Starbucks, this was the rudest employee I have ever dealt with.
Reagan is undoubtedly the kindest employee at this location, and perhaps the nicest I've encountered at any Starbucks. She's not only extremely friendly but also an efficient and skilled barista. I typically don’t write reviews, but she absolutely deserves a raise! Having more people like Reagan would greatly enhance customer satisfaction.
The girl at the counter appeared more interested in her phone than in her job, and she acted as if taking my order was a burden. If she's not satisfied with her work, perhaps it’s worth thinking about a change. Even though there were four staff members, the line extended all the way to the entrance of Target.
