Starbucks - Florence

I wanted to share my experience from my last trip in 2022, as I've been diagnosed with ALS. The large Safeway in this western town was impressively clean, much better than the supermarkets back in New Jersey. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and I appreciated the effort they put into maintaining the store.

So I sent my Bf with an order of two drinks. I think they probably don't come back as I wrote them down. Usually when I get coffee something goes wrong because of my picky taste and my allergies! Not here, although I was very satisfied, they made sure that everything was on the list and that replaced during milk with nanny!! Very satisfied with the coffee and with the girls who made it!!! My buddy said they were nice and helpful!!

I experienced a mix-up with my order (on their part), and the barista and manager didn't even offer to correct it. Excellent customer service! I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience because they were genuinely kind and accommodating.

During my vacation in Chicago, I visited the local Starbucks three times. Each day, I ordered a decaf pour-over with oat milk and discovered the joy of steamed milk—delicious! On the final day of my trip, I bought an iced coffee for a homeless veteran in a wheelchair. However, he didn't want it, which was fine. Unfortunately, the barista had added sugar to it, which I found unappealing, so I ended up throwing it away. It seems that one of the staff members in the drink preparation line didn’t pay attention to the request.

Usually pretty crowded or just a single person working so it can take a minute to get your drink. There's no tables right now so it's a little annoying but still good coffee.
