Sam's Club Cafe - Florence

DON'T USE SCAN AND GO IN APP!!!!They charged my debit card twice and told me it would go back into my account the next day. They told to come back if it didn't go back into my account. I went back and they told me they had no record of the second charge EVEN with me having signed and stamped statement from bank showing double charge. Now I'm having to wait up to 90 days to dispute charge through my bank. Also the manager (Harold I believe is his name) was very rude and seemed like he didn't have time to help me.

I love Sam 's Club Cafe. They have a variety of delicious pizza, pretzels, hotdogs, slushies, fountain drinks, and so much more at very decent prices. nIt 's so convenient. nYesterday was my first time having the Buffalo chicken wrap, and it was one of the best wraps I 've ever had! So good!

Every week we come here. My grandbaby loves the pizza... we love the entire store... The staff is always friendly and polite. We love the driverless machine that goes around. Lol. Kingston is fasanated with it.

Some of the employees are nice and helpful, others seem to go out of their way to be rude at this location. One of the workers who always seems to be checking receipts speaks to customers in such an unprofessional manner. I’ve cringed on numerous occasions after hearing him speak to customers as though he is far better than them or make jokes that pan out to just plain rude even to the point of being insulting. He speaks to customers as though he is superior to them and it’s incredibly poor customer service. As someone who has worked in retail as well as management of employees serving the public I am shocked that Sam’s club allows this kind of behavior.

Good works deserves good recommendation, I appreciate the effort of Mr Andrew Smith for helping me work from home despite being quarantined.
