Rice Box Asian Cuisine - Florence

I ordered the pick 2 rolls for lunch, which was priced at $7.99 and included soup and salad. They prepared everything incredibly quickly! The flavors were fantastic, and our waiter was friendly and very attentive. I'm definitely looking forward to returning. The portion sizes of the entrees that my boyfriend and his parents ordered were quite generous, and we had to get to-go boxes. If you're a fan of sushi and hibachi but want to keep it budget-friendly, this is the perfect spot!

The sushi was enjoyable, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The staff were friendly. However, I found the ginger dressing to be too sweet, lacking a strong ginger flavor. Additionally, they didn't offer gluten-free soy sauce (tamari) for dipping. Despite these minor issues, I would definitely return—just hold the ginger dressing, and I'll bring my own gluten-free soy sauce.

The food is consistently hot, fresh, and abundant. You really get your money's worth, and everything is prepared fresh for you. The owners are usually present, ensuring that everything is done to perfection. Their menu is extensive, featuring both hibachi and teriyaki options; however, the hibachi selections are prepared in the kitchen rather than at your table. They also offer soups and a delightful ginger side salad that brings to mind the ginger salads you find at Japanese restaurants.

This is the best restaurant in Florence, without a doubt. The staff was fantastic, the food was delightful, and the ambiance was just right! I've found my new favorite place here! I highly recommend you give it a try!

Rice Box is one of my favorite restaurants. I absolutely love their sushi and everything I’ve tried there. My personal favorite dish is the coconut chicken with white rice. The food is consistently excellent, and the service is outstanding too.
