Papa John's Pizza - Florence

I am 1.5 miles from the store in Florence. Told him my address and he said I had to call Hebron. I had to spell out my street name twice. He said please hold and never came back. Ordered dominos and it was ready in 8 mins and the order was perfect. I do not know who owns this franchise but you are losing money due to you hiring incompetent people.

Ordered the new New York style pepperoni pizza. what I got is NOT a new york style pizza. It's just a large pizza stretched to a xl. Stretching caused holes in the crust under the cheese. It was super bland and the only thing with any taste was the little bit of sauce and the pepperoni. I usually enjoy papa John's, But this was underwhelming and to be honest, horrible. Totally out of character for this place.

Make sure if you order hoagies.. You check your order before leaving. 1 pizza sauce hoagie 1 mushroom sauce hoagie does NOT mean 2 pizza sauce hoagies. Had difficulty with the other location before this one where the employee couldn't get the order after 5x of telling him at Turfway Dixie.

All the papa John's locations are horrible now!!! BRING THE SUPERVISOR TIM BACK. HE CARED ABOUT PEOPLE UNLIKE THE NEW PPL NOW

Completely incompetent. Oh, and also rude. I used to deliver pizzas. It's pretty simple. Or maybe not.
