Mcdonald's - Florence

I purchased a $75 coffee when I stopped by solely to charge my phone.

We stopped by to place an order at this restaurant, but unfortunately were informed that they were out of chicken (we had wanted to order a chicken sandwich). Additionally, when we tried to order a caramel frappe, we were told that the ice cream machine was unavailable. It was disappointing to experience these issues, especially since this restaurant is one of the few chain establishments that remains open late and is conveniently located near the interstate. Overall, it wasn't worth the detour to visit this restaurant off the interstate.

The fries and burgers were lacking in salt and seasoning compared to what I usually expect. I won't be returning to this restaurant again, as there are plenty of other options nearby.

I will never order from this location again. A few years ago they were really good. Lately every time I order the food looks like it has been prepared hours ago.Dietary restrictions: I ask for no salt and they were the saltiest fries. You can see all the salt on you hands and I had to wipe each one off with a napkin.
