Dunkin' - Florence

Very clean lobby. Inside was not busy at all, but my two coffee’s took longer than expected. Order ended up being wrong and had to wait about 30 sec longer for the correct one. Luckily I wasn’t in a rush. Fresh donuts and delicious coffee! I heard one employee telling drive thru customers, “Thank you for your patience.” I love to hear people acknowledge any delays.

I have really been enjoying their new midnight coffee blend at Dunkin' donuts. When I asked the counter if they had any available they told me that they would Brew me a fresh pot. Now that is service! Very tasty blend especially with the salted caramel flavoring. I like being able to taste my coffee through the cream. Great location.

They had fresh coffee and a lot of other dunkins let their coffees sit for over the alloted time. The Avocado toast was good as well.

I live in New England when I travel south it's with great pleasure to see a DD. Even where a stay in SC, the nearest DDs in 45min away. I was not disappointed.

For once they actually had my order ready and correct. Usually they only get my drink and I have to tell them the rest of my order. I tried the stuffed bagel bites and was disappointed. It was mainly all bread/bagel. Plus they are expensive for just 2. I won't be getting those again. They never seem to have my chocolate covered cream filled donut. The munchkins are really a great snack
