Cicis Pizza - Florence

They did an awesome job on my pizza and cinney rolls.

Why is my pizza and cinnamon rolls always burnt. Would give no stars to be honest.

Pizza was burnt. Dessert pizza tasted like tomato sauce. Everytime I order from here its wrong or I dont get anything at all. They should just stop door dashing if they cant do it. Which would be understandable . Its hard to find any employees

The Buffalo Chicken Poppers were great but the Cinnamon Rolls were fully burnt on the bottom

Usually the pizza I get here is very good, but the dough was not even cooked this time. I was basically given raw pizza dough with sauce and cheese on it.
