Bj's Brewhouse Florence

I said at the arrival that bj does not accept the reservations. they simply put open table diners on a list to get them faster than others that just walk in. a 30-45-minute waiting period over the confirmed 6:30 time was expected from our party. we quickly tried to find an alternative place to eat. within 5 minutes they had found us an available table. it was a nice service recovery, but maybe they shouldn't be open table participants. this seems to be an inconspicuous use of the business plan of open table and maybe they should reconsider the relationship.

This was very disappointing that they were closed and didn’t notify us on Christmas Eve.

Food was bland and came out cold. None of us had a decent experience, especially for our first time ever being there. Like every establishment, didn’t have enough help. Had to keep tracking someone down to get one refill. Won’t go back.

Our waitress was great ! Food was good! Definitely will be back!

Our server Daryl was excellent. Ahi portion kinda small but overall very good dinner.
