Red Lobster - Florence

We celebrated my birthday. we had ordered a dessert. Then they said an hour later, they were out of dessert. And they were from the red Argentina shrimp? on the all you eat shrimp menu. I can't eat any of the fried shrimps. Our server did not offer us another dessert that was simular on the menu, like the dessert we had ordered. We spent 2 1/2 hours there and in the past we could get in and out within an hour. Note: All our other visits to this Red Lobster were a great experience. Our servers are usually top notch. Not this time.

Great food and even better service. You cannot beat the unlimited shrimps.

I wasn't in Red Lobster, but my food and service were exceptional. Endless shrimp with a Maine Tail Add-on, Speck Mac and Cheddar biscuits. Yum?

No waiting, went in and sat down, rt in drinks and appetizers immediately. The appetizers appeared quickly, the meals were ordered and arrived very quickly. Excellent portions, the delicious super, service was very warm and prompt. Very impressed for as busy as they were!! Very recommended...

Our waitress, Alyssa, was great. She did an awesome job. The food was delicious and prepared as expected. The facility was clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this location. Oh, and you can't forget the biscuits.
