Outback Steakhouse Florence Ky

This has become our go-to spot for takeout. The cheese fries may not be as good once you get them home, but everything else is simply fantastic!

We have been dining at this restaurant for about 6 months now. The food and service are excellent. We have never encountered any issues. The manager is very friendly and frequently checks on the tables to ensure that we are receiving good service and delicious food.

We made a reservation but still had to wait for quite a while. However, our waitress was amazing! We were quite demanding but she was very kind and promptly provided us with everything we needed. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name as I would have liked to mention it. The lighting in the restaurant was also lovely and very unique.

Great meal and great server. Only complaint is that every Outback you go into is freezing!!!!

So disappointing to see all these unhappy people: I went on Saturday and they were extremely busy. I had a party of 3 and was given a buzzer and told it would be a 30 min wait. It was packed no where to really stand and wait) but I got my buzz in about 30 minutes and despite the chaos and paked seats, our waiter was fabulous and was on top of our bread and drinks. I was really impressed with my service especially since they were so busy
