Fuji Steak House - Florence

Cheif Johnny at the sushi bar was outstanding! Not only was my dish completely amazing, but sitting at the bar and watching him work was literally watching an artist do what they do best, make beautiful creations! I will definitely be going back!!!

Food and service was excellent.. restaurant could use some updating for a better atmosphere. Where we were sitting, brooms, mops and dust pans were sitting out in the hallway....

We had one of the best hibachi chefs ever. Really made the experience fun! Wish we would have gotten his name.

The food was delicious prepared in front of you. Chef was very entertaining. There was 26 in my group . We were put in large room with 2 grills 2 chefs. We sat in a U shape
