Subway - Flint

My granddaughter loves this place. They have great subs, but their hours are really frustrating! They're only open until 5 PM due to a staff shortage. Come on, people, there are plenty of job opportunities out there!

I waited outside for 20 minutes before the restaurant opened, and the staff inside completely ignored me. I arrived at 11:00 and left by 11:20 after feeling frustrated. I tried calling them, but that didn’t help. It was frustrating that no one seemed to acknowledge me during that time.

Watched her sit in the back and ignore me through drive through waited 15 minutes. She came to the window and kept rolling her eyes. Very rude.

The woman, who identified herself as Lindy, was unprofessional in appearance—she had piercings all over her face, visible tattoos, and her hair looked unkempt. I felt uncomfortable with her handling my food. Her behavior was disrespectful, especially towards an older man ahead of me in line. He struggled to hear her, and instead of being patient, she raised her voice multiple times, which was completely unnecessary. There was a mix-up with his sandwich order; he was charged over $18 for a sandwich that was supposed to be $11. When he pointed out the error, she shrugged it off, claiming it was out of her control. When he requested a refund, she argued with him, insisting he could not have it, even though the sandwich was still on her side of the counter. I decided not to order anything after witnessing how she treated him. When I asked for her name, she refused to give it, so I had to contact the Walmart manager to obtain it, who confirmed how rude she was being. If this is the kind of management they choose to run their business, they are in serious trouble. Under my oversight, her behavior would have resulted in immediate termination.

I placed an online order and went to pick it up and they were closed. I tried reaching out and no resolution I guess taking peoples money is ok in subways eyes
