Starbucks - Flint

I did not ask for a stuffed crème on my frappuccino, said they could just spoon it out, barista used her hand. large will submit a complaint to companies. Thank you for ruining mine tomorrow.

This situation is absolutely terrible. they are never open to hours they should be and they are very rude. just because their location is in flint, it doesn't mean they have to be trashy. whoever is the manager is here, seriously do better.

I've been in business for a year. some days they are open for walks, sometimes lock them doors and keep a notiz car ride only through. I run two blocks from the place to get my self-coffee dont drive as my work truck is used in front of location. last week of the 12th I was there until Friday 18th March. I was surprised that she locked the door and only went through. during the week I noticed that they removed proxy screen in register and most of the workers fall mask. back to Friday 18th March. I called and asked if I could make the payment and take my order. megan, the manager said no to drive thru and I explained here that my car is far and I went into the load. here is a picture showing how his traffic to mai road due to the lotnof customers cant walk in. can walk a few days are allowed and some others are not. either u host walkins or convert it to go through. especially for such animated road and small plaza, u cant guide you a lively coffin shop only in drive thru!

Wing inside and waited 15 minutes for a simple big latte. I won't be back. Nobody even realized that long wait. pop customer service. all the employees talked and laugh while the number of customers just waited.

Been coming to thia store everymorning for a year now. Somedays they are open for walkins sometimes they lockdoors and stick a note drive through only. I walk two blocks from the job site to get my self coffee dont drive since my work truck is being used at site. Last week of March12th I was there everymorning till friday March 18th. I was surprised that they lockoed doora and drive through only... during the week I notices that they removed proxy screen at register and most of staff dropped mask... Great to see that life is back to to normal. So back to Friday march18th. I called and asked that can I make payment and take my order to go. Megan the manager said no go to drive thru and I explained to here that my car is far and I walked to the store. Either u host walkins or convert it to drive through. Specially for such a busy street and small plaza, u cant run a busy coffe shop into drive thru only!!!
