Big John Steak Onion - Flint

I stopped in there last night for dinner as I was in the area. I ordered a number 7 no onions 16 . When I got home( 20 minutes away) My order was full of onions. So I drove back to get what I paid for. Instead of me getting a replacement of what I ordered I was given 2 8 regulars. Since I planned on taking the other half for lunch the next day, I wasn't being too picky. One sandwich, what I ate for dinner was with no onions. I opened the second one for lunch and low and behold, full of onions. What a disappointment. What happened to quality and service? these have been devoured by the high prices. But the good thing is that store got me for a $20 bill, and I still didn't get what I wanted. Go at your discretion and check it before you leave.

Ordered a steak and cheese, barely any cheese, meat was super dry. By the time I got back to the hotel the bun was soggy as hell from all the cheese. Asked for banana peppers and they just threw a mound of them in the middle of the sandwich. Thoroughly disappointed because my coworker said it was the best sandwich he’s had, didn’t live up to the hype AT all

Great service great food all around would go back again

This place is EXACTLY what it is, no frills but so GD delicious. Greasy, messy, meaty perfection. Get that extra red sauce and banana peppers.Food: 5/5

This used to be one of my favorite guilty pleasures, but things have changed. They've switched the bread, altered the way they season the meat, and the service was disappointing. I hope this is just an issue with this particular location. Food rating: 2/5.
