Big John Steak Onion - Flint

Terrible. Most of my sub went in the garbage. Bun soggy, bun completely fell apart. I ate at the restaurant so it happened right away after opening it. Waste of 7.35. Won't be back here. Complete mess.Food: 1/5

For a grab and go lunch, you could do far worse than Big John's. A familiar Flint fare for fairly fair fare.The spicy/sweet signature BBQ sauce and sliced pepperocinis are a must for the true experience, otherwise the subs can feel a bit plain.Food: 4/5

I have only ever came to this location, so I can't compare to others unfortunately, but I will say that I am overall pleased with the food I get when I come here. Sure, the building needs some renovating, but its not out of place with the rest of Dort Hwy businesses. I will say though, that the last time I came I felt that the sandwiches are not as bang for your buck. Still tasty, but everything's getting crazy expensive.
