Bangkok #1 Thai Cuisine - Flint

One of my favorite restaurants in the city. It is so rare to find a place that offers up meat, meat, and more meat. The pulled pork sandwich is super thick full of ample pork, full of flavor, not too much sauce. The beef burger was also deliciously thick, bursting with flavor causing animalistic satisfaction. Good cat fish is so hard to find, once again Maude Alabama BBQ wins again. Their all meat soup was to die for, hearty beyond belief. Though I have a limited sweet tooth their cookies were soft and flavorful too. Now for their best dish, the double smoked brisket was unlike any brisket I have ever had, dense flavor with crisp edge but connected to a mouth watering chewy juicy section of meat, oh god!. My man Joshua, his recommendations on the menu is on point, you can definitely trust this man to guide you right. He has been there since the place opened over two years ago, charismatic and knows his dishes. Actually while righting this going to eat my Maude's leftover from yesterday then go back today for more! Don't forget to also pickup a slice of homemade pecan pie and several of their custom sauces (Carolina is my favorite). Truly I tried half the menu and I was blown away by every dish. If you are a meat lover looking for perfectly flavored and filling beef, pork, and cat fish this is your number one spot to visit.

First time ever trying this place I got the brisket meal. I found that I don't really care for the smoked flavor. Brisket was very tender falling apart. If you like smoked you will like this brisket. I bought extra sides just to taste test. The mash potatoes and green beans were great but I didn't care for the baked beans. The corn bread was good but could be a tad bit sweeter. Portion size was a bit small for price.

Fantastic! Had the brisket and pulled chicken with the onion pedals and baked beans. Good sized portions of everything. Beans were loaded with meat as well. Corn bread was moist and not dry. GREAT meal at a decent price. I will be back for sure!

Oh my goodness, I can't believe we haven't tried here till today. I wish I would have been here sooner! Sooooo Good, we had chicken, ribs, pulled pork and ribs. Figured a variety would be the best way to try it all out. We were beyond happy! I would give this place 10 stars! Great food and the staff ROCKED! Glad for the recommendations from them.

Overall my food was amazing! 4 star because of the size of the wings compared to the price. The flavor on the smoked wings was so good and I wish I could’ve enjoyed it more with average-sized chicken wings. Again, those itty bitty chicken wings are not worth the effort nor worth the price. I’m glad I did add the fries which I almost didn’t because I’m used to wings large enough to be filling. Even after I ate my fries, I was still hungry though.
