The strawberry, lemonade, and dragon fruit pink drink is delicious!

I ordered my usual ice cream and found a used latex glove at the tip of it. I brought it to the attention of the manager, Roxanna, who simply smiled and offered a replacement or a refund without any apology. I was not impressed by their lack of concern. I reached out to the owners, but since this is an independent restaurant, they simply forwarded my complaint. I will not be returning to this establishment located on a hill.

The restaurant is conveniently located next to the airport and is very clean with plenty of space. The staff were all very friendly, especially Jordan who took our order with a smile. The eggs were excellent and the snackin' bacon was a must-try; sweet and peppery. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.

To order coffee, no one in the line. the worker rolled her eyes and told us we order on the kiosk. it took us three times until we could order the kiosk, as he would have made them invite him. I decided not to give them my business and only my man ordered a drink. We visited 4/25 at 2:50... they know if a manager sees it. the girl wore no name sign. she also did not let us know when the drink was ready and did not thank us for coming or what. worst dd customer service ever.

Came in today in the afternoon. More talking than working, the girl that ended up finally coming to the register to take my order came with a eye ball roll, no smile, and not once made eye contact. Also stood there for a hot min while talking continued and a different girl ended up making my drink.I also witnessed very immature behavior of the same girl that took my order and another girl making fun of other employees and other customers during my brief visit. The attitudes and facial expressions from the two girls just ruined the whole vibe of even wanting to treat myself after working all day. They need better staff especially being that close to the airport.
