Bidrage med feedbackMy wife and I ate at 'this establishment ' Saturday lunchtime and we came away saying that we would never eat there again! Forty five minutes between ordering and being served our meal! Our meals were of VERY average quality and CERTAINLY NOT as nice as I can make at home! To add insult to injury, a waiter asked us if everything was okay as he passed by when we had been sitting there waiting for half an hour with no food in front of us! In fairness, we were informed that service would be slow when we arrived. It leaves a bitter taste in your mouth when you pay good, and hard earnt, money for such mediocrity!
The price, food and variety of choice should put this restaurant into an above average rating. The staff are friendly and do a good job compensating for the tired and poorly maintained decor. I’ve been to a few restaurants from this chain (pre-covid) and they were cleaner in general than this one. Some minor corrections to the bill were easily rectified with both a smile and a very customer friendly attitude.
Best steak in France till now.. Portion is great for a real man.. Cooked well.. Price is money value.. Atmosphere and service are more than great.. I do recommend if you pass by the city. Beside the restaurant directly there's also a nice place called the table.. I do recommend both
Fine French dining was not the aim when we visited the Buffalo Grill with three ravenous teen aged grandchildren. We arrived at peak hour 7pm. Over 40 cars in the car park, so probably 100 diners inside. A very lively burger/steak place with Wild West decor. Staff very friendly, but it seems there were only 3 on duty which made the meal last 90 minutes for what we had hoped to be a quick visit. Menu was typical of this kind of establishment. Burgers of all varieties, steaks both beef and bison, spare ribs you get the picture. A big majority of the diners were young, and the drinks reflected this. Choice of wine for oldies sparse. My group chose burgers and spare ribs with heaps of chips. They all expressed great satisfaction. I chose steak medium. It looked well cremated, and arrived with no steak knife. No sign of any staff to ask for a knife, so I had to go find one in the cutlery container. Even this knife failed. My attempt to send it back was thwarted by the absence of staff so I had to watch my family tucking in while I ate chips, consoled only by halfway decent red. When the waiter eventually arrived he was most apologetic but it was too late to rectify. So, my assessment of the Buffalo Grill is probably skewed. My advice avoid peak periods and stick to burgers!
Food quality is excellent and good sized portions. Ideal for a last minute meal out. Food is always hot and cooked to your choice.
