China Bai - Flensburg

This restaurant/takeway looks very unremarkable from the outside, but...! Amazing vegan options, including vegan duck and chicken. The prices are a great deal, you won't leave hungry! Staff is really sweet and well-informed, for example the fried noodles can be prepared without the egg and you can get all options without flavour enhancers. All sauces can be prepared vegan. My favourites: Vegan duck with curry sauce or fried noodles.

Was totally baff when I first saw that they offer vegan duck and vegan chicken. Always take the chicken with vegan noodles. This does not taste 1:1 like chicken, but in any case very tasty, the consistency is 1:1 baked chicken. Also the usual sauces are usually vegan. Only the vegan noodles are unfortunately without any kind of vegetables, so no sprouts, carrots, onions or the like... For example, the chop suey sauce would then be vegetables in it. The staff is very enlightened and will be happy to answer questions. All in all a super shop for vegan food.

The vegan duck and the vegan chicken really taste very good, anyway the egg free noodles. You really get a good meal for the price.

This is a small Imbiss-Restaurant in the centre (Nordermarkt). I was visiting from the end of September to beginning October this year. We went there a few times and found the food to be extremely enjoyable. They have a mix of Chinese and Thai cuisines. I would definitely go back again when in Flensburg.!!!
