Dunkin' Donuts - Flemington

Went to Dunkin 3 times this week and wanted to eat inside with family. BUGS EVERYWHERE! Every table we sat at had bugs crawling on the table and seats. Donuts were stale early in the morning too.

Added $1 for no ice in an iced tea. seriously! the manager stated it was policy! to give him his due, he did take the time to explain that with no ice the customer actually recieves extra product. logical. but still crazy.

I was disappointed with the customer service. I attempted to get assistance with the rewards app this morning while in the store, but the employee seemed uninterested in helping me.

I stopped by to use the restroom and grab a cup of coffee, but unfortunately, the attendant never came to the cash register. After waiting three minutes, I decided to leave without placing an order. It’s really disappointing to experience this.

This is one of the most efficient Dunkin' locations I've visited. They consistently get my order right and serve it quickly. The morning staff always seems to be well-prepared and adequately staffed.
