We were sadly disappointed with our lunch today. After two classic Greek salads with add-on of lamb chops and gyro, our bill was $45. Everything was great, but each salad literally had two olives each, Romanian lettuce, half a tomato, and I struggled to cut my chops with a butter fork. The gyro meat didn’t taste the freshest. We felt overcharged for our simple meals, which would’ve felt more appropriate for a dinner menu. The atmosphere felt awkward and conversations from the kitchen echoed into the dining room. I was impressed by the menu since it was clearly labeled for food allergies like gluten free and vegan/vegetarian diets, but our waitress informed us that the kitchen was out of several ingredients/meals.We ended up talking over our bill with our waitress, who was very nice and a great help for ordering with a food allergy. She took a dollar off our bill. I guess those inflation prices just got the best of us! Will try one more time for a better experience. I loved the enthusiasm from the local community and close friends about this place, so here’s hoping we simply dined on a bad day.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

I usually don’t eat from food trucks because I’m a little nervous about it due to a bad experience a long time ago but I am SO GLAD I took a chance on Yianni’s!!!! I have never had such incredible Greek food. I had the lamb gyro with a side Greek salad. I ate the entire meal and I’m a tiny little lady. I couldn’t help myself. It was that good! Thanks!! We went for lunch and it was great- from excellent service to amazing food. I had the chicken souvlaki pita with orzo salad and a little hummus. I don't usually like baklava that much, but we shared a piece- it was so good. There is cinnamon with the honey- new level of delicious. Definitely will be back and definitely recommend.

Absolutely best Greek food we've had in Florida. Wonderful fresh breads and meats. They also have a food cart on base in front of the NEX.
