We visited on a Friday evening the pub is spotlessly clean, the staff were very helpful and welcoming, the real ale was very good and the food was excellent. A member of staff even came over with a bowl of water and a box of dog biscuits for our dog. The pub is very dog friendly. We would definitely recommend this place. Very fast from ordering to get to eat...all piping hot! and very tasty! staff all polite, quiet and smile! obviously a great place to work. well made strawberry gardens x

If only you were situated nearer to Peterborough! I would find it hard to justify 'nipping out for a pint ' ! Top pub, excellent beer and bar staff and friendly locals.
