Dunkin' - Flat Rock

Order is wrong 85% of the time. I'm tired of calling or going back to get my order fixed. I shouldn't have to make 2 trips to get a correct item.

Came in on 3-20-24 at 5:10am and ordered a everything bagel w/cream cheese and an extra large coffee. Received a sesame bagel so stale that the only way to eat it was to dunk it in my coffee to soften it up. Also rcved a large coffee instead of an extra large that I paid for and was told that they didnt have any extra large cups(though that didnt stop them from charging me for an XL). I come to this DD all the time but may have to rethink the TH's across the road. Maybe this is why the TH across the road always has a long drive thru line

I order breakfast and a drink most mornings on the app. My stuff is always hot and ready when I get there, I appreciate the people there so much.

Dirty store front glass. Granted it's winter. Not sure if they make, or bring in product but my favorite was out of stockParking: Numerous spots, strip mall atmosphere

Went to DD on Telegraph road in Flatrock this morning around 6:50am and only requested one item a breakfast sandwich. I made the order and arrived at the window and he handed it to me. once I arrived at work it was clear this sandwich was from yesterday. it was extremely dry and reheated. REALLY.... DONE WITH THIS DUNKIN. back to the one on SIBLEY.
