Placed an online order and called to check and one of the staff named Laleed (i know this is probably not his real name) answered the phone and automatically said No we don 't have a order for you, you have to come in an order yourself and tries to hang up the phone before I even got to respond. After explaining myself, this person was talking about another customer 's order. So rude! My query was..... to not overcook the bloody pizzas because i 've ordered twice from here and the flavours/topping are always burnt! Disgusting service.

Ordered double topping pizza, basically a standard pizza with no cheese and covered with pepperoni. How useless can otara pizzahut be. Everytime we order from here, we hope for the best they have gotten better. Definitely not. Please do not order from here if you don't wanna be disappointed Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
