It’s a hit or miss but whoever they have working over there tonight nailed it. When it’s good it’s gooooood.
I recently had an unpleasant experience at Domino's where I ordered vegetarian food but received a dish containing meat instead. Not only was the mistake disappointing, but the way the manager handled the situation was incredibly rude and unprofessional.When I approached the manager to address the issue, their demeanor was far from accommodating. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake and apologizing, the manager displayed a dismissive and uncaring attitude. They seemed more interested in defending their staff than acknowledging the inconvenience and disappointment caused by their negligence.The manager's lack of empathy and refusal to rectify the situation made me feel disrespected and undervalued as a customer. Any business needs to handle customer concerns with professionalism and courtesy, especially when they are at fault.Considering the incident and the manager's behavior. Trust and respect are crucial aspects of customer service, and unfortunately, this establishment failed to deliver in both areas.
The kids like the food once in a while but service is awful.
Pizza quality and consistency at this location seems to have gone down. This was supposed to be a 16” XL pie but was at best 15”. The plain slices did not look great as well…
