Ruby Tuesday - Flagstaff

On my first visit, I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Ruby Minis (sliders). When I asked the waitress what toppings came with the sandwiches, she told me they only had pickles and salad. I specified what I wanted, but when my food arrived, the sandwiches came with salad and mayonnaise. I brought this to the waitress’s attention, and she promised to have new ones made. A few minutes later, they returned, but I checked the chicken and noticed mayonnaise still present on the bottom! They had only coated the chicken in sauce. After complaining again, the waitress expressed her confusion about why the chefs did this. A manager came over to apologize, especially since I had waited an additional 20 minutes for my meal and was hoping to have my order processed sooner. My second visit to Ruby Tuesdays was almost a repeat of the previous one. I made sure the waitress understood my request clearly. However, when the sliders arrived, they again had mayonnaise. I spoke to the waitress about it, and while I received my re-order more quickly this time, I was still left disappointed. On a positive note, all the other meals at the table were served promptly, hot, and tasty. On a separate occasion, I visited for lunch with a colleague. We ordered an appetizer along with our meals. The appetizer was served immediately and was hot, but after our server chatted with the bartender, it took a while before she checked on us. When we mentioned that we were still waiting for our meals, the manager came by to apologize for the waitress’s oversight. Despite the issues with special orders, I would still recommend this Ruby Tuesdays because the food is good and the prices are fair. Perhaps I’m willing to give it another chance.
