Mpm Pho - Flagstaff

I ordered takeout for shrimp and seafood pho. I received five shrimp about the size of a quarter and six pieces of squid, each only one inch long, all for $18.

The food was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. The service was excellent as well; the gentleman who served us prepared everything fresh and was very attentive, even though he was the only staff member on the floor and had other tables to manage. Having worked in the industry myself, I can say this was a remarkable experience. This place is now on my favorites list!

I traveled from Phoenix to Flagstaff for the weekend and was craving some pho. This restaurant was simply fantastic. I ordered "The Works," and it was absolutely delicious—exactly what I needed after a long day. The gentleman who served me, who had long hair, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail. He had a distinctive personality that reminded me of someone from New York or New Jersey. It might not be to everyone’s taste, but I appreciate the straightforwardness and getting right to the point. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Flagstaff!

The pho was good, but the grease used to fry the spring rolls were obviously old. The two young girls, a white and an asian girl, that were at the desk were very very rude, we had people who spoke only Vietnamese at our table and while they tried to communicate in English to the girls, they were laughing with each other and joking about it and it was very obvious. Very very rude. The owner was however nice, but please look out for those individuals that are supposed to be your servers.

Flavorful food, large portions just what I was looking for on a cold night. A huge bowl of Chicken Pho. Broth had so much flavor with rice noodles chicken. Paired with a plate of bean sprouts, basil, cilantro, jalapeños, plus hoisin chili sauce. Had to order egg rolls that is served with dipping sauce. Got a pot of hot tea. So good filling. Service was quick awesome. Vietnamese Pho ambiance was very nice. Plenty of seating. I was very pleased.
