Grand Falls Buffet - Flagstaff

Mostly self-service, but the servers were quick to clear plates. The food was good overall. The roasted pork was a bit dry, the bread tasted store-bought, and the pasta would get soggy if left too long. However, there is a decent variety for the price, with options to suit different tastes. A good choice for those who can't wait for a table in Flagstaff.

My wife and I visited this restaurant excited to try their prime rib specialty. My wife is allergic to feathers, so we asked for hers without feathers. They prepared mine without feathers and made a new one for her. Unfortunately, both of our dishes were very fatty and the potatoes were undercooked. The coffee tasted like instant coffee and our food sat in the window for eight minutes before the server brought it to us. I would recommend avoiding this buffet and the café next to it at all costs.

Upon being seated at Amber, the hostess was extremely rude when my companion inquired about the menu. She simply gestured to it and directed us to a table. The buffet was average at best, and we would have been better off ordering from the regular menu. Our server, Nicole, seemed completely unfamiliar with interact with black patrons. The staff hovered around us as if we were trying to steal something, perhaps they should consider implementing a pay-first policy. The waitress spent more time in the kitchen than checking on our table, resulting in a lack of tip. I have received better service at Dennys. Although Flagstaff is a great spot to dine, I was left disappointed this time.

The food was Satan's gift to the world. I beg of you to stay away. The 2 stars was because the cashier was polite.I repeat, for the love of everything that is good, DO NOT GO TO GRAND FALLS BUFFET!

Food sits out too long. I went up for some chicken nuggets for my niece and tried one and it was RAW! good thing I tasted it first. Overall was not happy about my experience. Sometimes the people cooking the food won't tend to you if you want the prime rib or pork loin, I watched about 3 people wait patiently for about 10 minutes for someone to carve them a piece, all while the cooks have their backs turned to them. Even as a native american i feel like i get mistreated here all the time. Just pass by this place if you can, would not recommend. Your better off waiting until Flagstaff.
