Grand Canyon Brewing Distillery

Food was great! Had the Canyon Burger with vegan cheese and sweet potato waffle fries (which the serve with house made ranch). Had an Hazy IPA Dead Hanger, pretty good, needed more citrus. Atmosphere was a bit noisy for as little of a crowd was in there. Overall, good service, good food, served with a smile and quickly! ?Vegetarian options: They will try to make any menu items vegetarian if they can. They offer options!!!

My husband and I went around noon today. We were promptly seated on the patio. The restaurant was moderately busy. Two servers walked by our table multiple times and never greeted us. One of the servers that ignored us was there when we were seated. After 15 minutes of no service we left. Also new since the last time we were here was serve yourself water, tea, and soda. For sit down service this is not acceptable to me. In the past this place was really good, not anymore

Review on their newly added distillery and coffee shop portion. This place is just overwhelmingly full of cat hair. The countertop where people sit and drink, the seats indoor and out. I mean the cats actually bother you inside or out. They hop on the countertops and approach you and your literal drink until a bar tender grabs it. And when they do they don’t wash their hands before proceeding to make your drink. Extremely unsanitary and disrespectful to their customers. If they’ve got their cats freely roaming their distillery, can you imagine how much of their cat hair and dander is through their equipment? Because the cats roam throughout the entire area. Absolutely not recommend. A cup of coffee is probably pretty dang dirty.

This was a great brewery all around. Loved the red ale and my Santa Fe chicken sandwich. They also have a fun back room with games and some outdoor seating.

Perhaps they're understaffed. Service is slow, even to get seated. Although he was very nice and overworked.Spinach artichoke dip was horrible. There's flavor but it's so dry, it's like paste.Shrimp salad was not fresh. Shrimp was rubbery so Kelly cooked earlier then reheated.
