Five Guys - Flagstaff

Excellent food and service! that was our first time at a five-year-old and we will definitely come back. the personal here is exceptionally friendly. the restaurant is very clean and well maintained. the speck was crispy and perfect. the burgers were perfect. Cajun-Fries had excellent taste and were perfectly cooked.

Always tasty. It's a nice to sit and talk too. It may get a little crowded but it clears out pretty quickly. Fun for a casual date or a night with friends .

Bacon cheeseburger was ideal. Ordered large Cajun fries for 3 ppl and we didn't finish it. Cajun fries had too much dry rub, but was still solid.

I spoke with two employees and explained that I wanted a cheeseburger with no meat. They insisted that it be called a grilled cheese. I explained that I did not want the bread to be grilled and mushed together like a regular grilled cheese. I wanted the bread to be like a normal burger. They repeatedly said they understood. I received the order and it was a plain grilled cheese with mushed bread. Why can't a customer order a cheeseburger with no meat?

First bad experience I've ever had at a five guys. My bun was hard, like it was sitting out and not fresh from the bag. And the fries were overcooked because instead of making fresh fries they tried to redrop a batch that had been twice fried already.
