Dutch Bros Coffee - Flagstaff

Awesome employees and super friendly! The coffee tastes better than that other place!

Ive been here multiple times and have never written a review until today. As I was pulling up to the window, the girl with short, pink hair and glasses was having a conversation with the young man working about the car in front of me and their order. It seemed as if they were talking trash or making fun of them. I heard something along the lines of I didn 't wanna make that drink for her anyway. Absolutely uncalled for and rude. I wish I knew the entire story but this was completely unprofessional. She took my order and had a bad attitude and was not friendly. Dutch Bros is the wrong place to work with that sort of personality. I hope to never see her there again. My usual encounters here are normally pleasant and keep me coming back, today threw a wrench in that fan. Do better Dutch Bros.

This place is a lot of fun and has great coffee drinks. The youngsters who work there really seem to love life.

The line is consistently long at this location; but it moves right along. In fact, we moved to Flagstaff 4 months ago and waited until now to go because of the lengthy lines. The drive up line is narrow and a couple sharp curves, so I'm glad I had my car instead of the truck. All in all, we will be back.

Love their coffee. They serve fast even if it's a long line. It's goes fast. Friendly place to grab your delicious drink.
