Excellent meat but waiting between dishes. Little worries not compensated for staff sympathy

We arrived on Saturday night, or there was a lot of affluence. despite a start of crossing (a forgotten pass, so back home to go looking, which is normal) however a quick welcome, smiling like service. a very pleasant meal the dishes arrived at the right time, no wait, no pressure. We met a little concern about the piece of meat, which was not suitable for the person with us, the server replaced it with another dish with a smile, without unnecessary discussion. and we also made a reduction. I admit that we were pleasantly surprised from one end to another. smiles and the good mood of the staff as they did not stop in all directions.
