Chez Jeannette - Fixin

A solid country hotel in the romantic wine-growing village of Fixin. Very friendly staff and very good restaurant. The rooms in the winding historic building are functional according to the conditions and every effort has been made to furnish them tastefully. Some of the bathrooms are of a slightly older standard but clean. The beds were very good. The price-performance ratio is very positive.

The kitchen is top, the boss very well, the only flat is with the waitress, damage not far from faultless.

Excellent local and seasonal cuisine, accompanied by great wines .. a real pleasure.. Too bad for the room a little too rustic and a pt dej. without pleasure.

A real moment of happiness or we were able to appreciate the excellent dishes concocted by the chef. I strongly advise you on gambas with citrus or the nuts of Saint James, it is a real treat. Bravo it’s a faultless
