We were well in this pleasant restaurant just outside the village of Soliera, very quiet ' and manic care by chef Marco in the choice of ingredients, tried lasagna in white with artisanal flour to cheeses dop, appetizer of fresh shrimp jumped in the pan excellent, sea soup of the house. the local and ' internally of small size, but has a discreet space outside in every way they make the choice. Bread often made in the house as well as pasta. Please note that the parking is not very extended to be used if in group and the not easy location but you can help with the navigator. Northern Tuscany is not only Verilia, there are also lovely places and worthy of being visited including Lunigiana....so by chance we came across this place. Lovely place, we accommodated in the garden, large, furnished with views of the landscape. We were very satisfied with the service, friendly staff who put us at ease, offering us local meat dishes, cheeses and focacce, to finish the dessert accompanied by a sublime malvasia, worthy of licking mustache. Appropriate price. The stop was widely appreciated. I would like to express a tribute to those who commit themselves and believe in their work, offering chosen foods and friendliness. Owners very kind but food proposal absolutely not as I expected. Tagliere with thick old cuts and old cheeses,Not local. Good crust. I wouldn't come back.
