The staff was friendly and helpful. all tasting plates were decent size. many flavors and the black bell were the best we had.

Once fantastic japaner, now nothing more than overpriced Japanese almost food. Obviously, the standards have fallen here since I both have my partner and I felt sick all night. I will not come back.

Post-Covid this place is really on the hill. eat just terrible and overpriced. the personal is untrained and inaccessible. willlnever back and will never recommend.

Leaving a restaurant feeling disappointed is not how anyone wants to end a night out. My friends and I were celebrating the completion of my medical exams (after 13 years of study). We arrived on time, ordered some drinks, and quickly decided to try the "feed me" menu. We thought this would be a great option for a 2-hour sitting, allowing the restaurant to plan ahead and ensure a smooth dining experience. However, we ended up waiting a long time between courses (with apologies from the staff), struggling to get the attention of our server for additional drinks. With only 30 minutes left and 2 dishes still pending, we were informed that our dessert would arrive in 5 minutes and we needed to leave immediately. It was clear that our server was not happy and kept reminding us of our limited time. This really put a damper on the evening and ruined our celebration. I would not recommend this restaurant due to the high prices and poor service.

First time at 127! It has a wow factor from the time you get inside till you're finished. Don't be fooled by the old pub exterior. Very attentive helpful staff. We had dinner the food was excellent. I highly recommend the spicy endamame....We had karage chicken, Angus steak, 3 serves of the tempura, ichi ni roll, pork goyoza and tuna maki. We also had the reckon chips but wouldn't get them again. There were 5 of us and the food filled us. We didn't think it expensive for what we got With a couple of drinks it was only $45 each. There was a good crowd and pleasant atmosphere. Worth a try!
