Archie's All Day - Fitzroy

I had the Juicy Lucy burger (on GF bread). It was delicious. So was the coffee. Nice atmosphere too.

Firstly the food is great, a little bit different to the normal smashed avo that you can get in most places. Each dish has a slightly different twist, such as the poached eggs on a bed of kimchi or the flat bread.The location is great, with decent seating out the front, inside and with a back garden.

Archie's was recommended to us by several locals so we gave it a go for brunch and we were so impressed. Excellent service, great coffee and amazing food. I had the crispy poached eggs and it was one of the best meals I've had, it was so good! The meals are very generous and so well presented. Highly recommended.

Smashed avocado was spicy and interesting. Yummy toast. Great coffee. Fast and friendly service. Music was very loud and asked for it to be turned down which they did slightly. Newspapers to read were appreciated.

Came upon it by chance whilst visiting Collingwood Fitzroy area. Checked it out and so glad we did. Good service and what we ordered for breakfast, i.e. Avocado smash with goats cheese, spices, dukkah and lemon on sourdough- delicious. Good coffee also. Would go there again.
